You will check in at Coal Creek Properties. Below is information from Coal Creek Properties:

On the alley side of our building, located at 302 Elk Avenue (which is BEHIND the Long Dragon Chinese food restaurant) on 3rd Street, we have a key/info box for your convenience. Please open the white box with the padlock, COMBO is COOX, and grab the manila envelope with your name on it. Inside you will find a key to your property, along with a map on how to get there from our office. As you are leaving Crested Butte, please use the bottom portion of the “check-in” box to drop off your vacation rental keys. There is a key slot located at the bottom of the white box.

If using our standard “check-in” system does not agree with your vacation plans, please let us know and we will be happy to work something more specific out with you.

Take highway CO-135 North 28 miles to the town of Crested ButteTurn LEFT on Elk Avenue
Drive to 3rd Street and turn LEFT
Coal Creek Properties is the RED AWNING on the LEFT side of the street
Our white check in box is on the alley side of our building, on the RIGHT side when you’re looking at our office.

Check-in Location for Crested Butte Lodging including The Grand Lodge is at the Three Seasons Condominiums in Mt. Crested Butte. We are located about 4 miles from the town of Crested Butte and 9/10 mile from the "Welcome to Mt. Crested Butte" sign. We're on your left on the corner of Gothic Rd and Marcellina Lane. The address is 701 Gothic Road. Our front desk check-in is located inside the Crested Butte Lodging Offices, on the south side of the building and near the indoor pool.
After Hours Check-in: An after hour lock box is located at the West entrance of the Three Seasons Condominiums. THe code for the lock box is "249".
