THE CONDO @ THE PLAZA
 This
magnificent architecturally designed condo in The Plaza has
three bedrooms, two baths and over 1,300 square feet. Finished
out by a local homebuilder, no detail was left untouched. Located
just 100 yards from the main ski lift, this condo is a perfect
location. Also, The Plaza is the only complex in Crested Butte
with a lighted tennis court and a very popular in house restaurant/bar.
The care and pride in our mountain home will be evident by
a stainless steel refrigerator, six burner Jennair stainless
steel oven, custom lighting and heated floors in the kitchen!
You will be pampered by the overstuff couch in the living room,
accompanied by the floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking
views of the mountains. Our themed bedrooms (Master - Western,
Guest 1 - Santa Fe, Guest 2 - Bear) were furnished with new
furniture and bedding in 2005! The rustic pine furniture in
the dining room and living room, which gives a rustic and cozy
feel, were also purchased in 2005. You'll even enjoy lounging
around by the fireplace listening to music with surround sound
speakers. And, since this unit is located on the first floor,
you'll have private access to the large shared patio. You'll
be able to come and go without cumbersome stairs or long walks.
Don't forget the horseshoe pit or grills right outside your
door!
After a long day of skiing or horseback riding, you'll have
the option of soaking in a custom jacuzzi tub (master bath)
or shared hot tub located just one door down from the unit!
The private washer and dryer located in the unit is perfect
for extended stays and family vacations.
As our guest, you will have the personal attention of our
on-site management staff. I know Crested Butte will leave as
lasting as impression on you as it has us. We hope you enjoy
your vacation as much as we enjoy ours in Crested Butte!

THE CONDO @ EMMONS
 Come
to the mountains and be our guest! Our condo is located
just 60 yards from the main ski lift and faces the new
Mountaineer Square, which is centrally located
in the base area. Our two bedroom (both queen beds), loft
(two twin beds) and two bath retreat, nestled away in the Rocky
Mountains, is the perfect vacation get away.
Remodeled and decorated with rustic touches, this condo will
provide you and your family with a comfortable and cozy stay!
The kitchen has been completely gutted with new cabinets, counters
and appliances. All furniture and decor was replaced in
2005. A flat screen TV hangs above the fireplace for your
viewing pleasure.
As our guest you will have the personal attention of our
on-site management staff. We know you will enjoy spending
a few days, weeks or even a month at this beautiful location
just as much as we do. Between the skiing, snowmobiling
and boarding in the Winter, or fishing, horseback riding, rafting
or hiking in the Summer, you'll never run out of things to do.
